The phased redevelopment of a single-storey school site in Peckham, provided a new 2-form entry primary school and nursery, with 66 new dwellings.

The design proposal allowed the existing single-form primary school to remain open, whilst a new 2-form entry school was built on the edge of their property. Once the school moved into its new enlarged premises, the existing school could be demolished and 22 townhouses and 44 apartments built around the edge of the site incorporating a new nursery on the ground floor. The new primary school was designed with separate entrances and playgrounds for keystages 1 and 2, and an independent main office entrance. The positioning of the housing aimed to re-establish the street edge and provide a new public square on Peckham Park Road.
